Corel doesn't provide any information about this error and doesn't offer a troubleshooting page to diagnose errors of this kind. You need to manually check the software and its functionality. The first thing to do is to repair it using Control Panel > Uninstall a program > Corel VideoStudio Pro X5 > Repair. After this process make sure that you use the correct files. Otherwise, the software might give you burning errors, especially when you attempt to burn and convert files. That's probably the case. Press F1 and go to Help > Contents then see the supported files and burn your project again. Your CD/DVD-RW needs to be installed properly, as well. Go to Device Manager and make sure the drive is installed and is available for usage.
I've purchased Videostudio X5 and I want to use it on multiple personal computers. Is this possible without the need to purchase additional licenses? Can you help me?
